The Workforce Capacity & Development Program was implemented by PCC as part of the Nexus program. Our goal is to expand the pipeline of culturally and linguistically diverse individuals who are new to healthcare. This provides job opportunities and ensures that our workforce mirrors our community. Our training program supports economic empowerment for under-employed residents. Our goal is to build a stronger and more sustainable healthcare workforce across all six hospitals in Montgomery County, MD.
