Board Members

Annice Cody | Chair, Board of Managers

Annice Cody serves as the President of Holy Cross Health Network, Holy Cross Health’s community-based operating division. Prior to assuming this role in April 2014, Ms. Cody was the Chief Strategy Officer for Holy Cross Health. Prior to joining Holy Cross Health, she worked as a vice president at the Lewin Group, a health care consulting firm in Fairfax, VA.

Diana Saladini | Board Member

Diana Saladini serves as the Director of Population Health and Outpatient Services at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center where she works to design and implement a comprehensive population health and community benefit program in coordination with community partners. Prior to joining MedStar, Ms. Saladini held positions as financial consultant and comptroller in the healthcare industry, and accountant for the Health Care Financing Administration.

Kevin Cargill | Board Member

Kevin Cargill joined Adventist HealthCare in 2020 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, MD, and Adventist HealthCare Fort Washington Medical Center in Fort Washington, MD.

Professionally, Kevin began working in healthcare in 2003 where he has gained a plethora of experience in various roles in healthcare over the last 20 years. Prior to joining Adventist HealthCare, he served as the director of Finance at Community Health Systems, in Franklin, Tennessee. During this time, Kevin oversaw the financial performance of several hospitals in the southern U.S., representing 37 percent of CHS’ 103 hospitals throughout the country. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakwood University (formerly Oakwood College). He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2003.

One of Kevin’s greatest passions in life is helping others and he is able fulfill this passion working in healthcare, as well as through volunteering.

Brent Reitz | Board Member

Brent Reitz was named President of Adventist HealthCare’s Post-Acute Care Services division, a combination of Rehabilitation, Home Care and Care Navigation service lines, in December of 2019. Brent joined Adventist HealthCare in 2012 as President of Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation. Previous to that he was Vice President of Pediatrics at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, based in Allentown, PA and prior to that, worked as a physical therapist and administrator. He has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Brent is also a fellow of both the American College of Health Care Executives and the Malcom Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.

Brent oversees Post-Acute Care strategy and collaborates on Population Health strategy and execution for Adventist HealthCare. In this role, he has led efforts around reducing Avoidable Utilization through identification of high and moderate-risk patients. In addition, his current work is focused on aligning health system resources across the continuum of care to keep community members healthy.

Monique Sanfuentes | Board Member

Monique Sanfuentes serves as the Administrative Director of Community Affairs & Population Health at Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine. Ms. Sanfuentes completed her Master’s degree at Middlebury College and Master of Business Administration at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Ms. Sanfuentes leads Suburban Hospital’s health transformation and improvement commitment to the community, which aims to improve quality of life and reduce hospitalizations. Aligning hospital and community assets as well as focusing on unaddressed identified needs, she links health partnerships, community initiatives, strategic affiliations and collaboration with health coalitions, outreach activities, wellness programs and corporate projects to address established health barriers, disparities and inequalities.
